Iarnrod Eireann (Irish Rail)  is advancing the development of smartcard ticketing as part of its’ participation in the Integrated Ticketing System (ITS) for the Greater Dublin Area. Position Profile: This challenging role will require * Liaison with the Integrated Ticketing System stakeholders * The generation of system requirements specifications and implementation strategy which aligns with customer and business requirements.
The successful candidate will have:
* Specialist IT skills deployed in a complex and distributed environment *Experience in the smartcard technology with exposure to a variety of system development methodologies and tools
*Knowledge of, and experience in IT service level agreements and IT contracts
*Demonstrable IT project management experience.
Reporting to the Manager, Business Systems the position will initially be Dublin based and on a contract basis. A very competitive remuneration package is available.

Galway Clinic have an opportunity to lead the way in interfacing IT with Healthcare clinical, financial and administrative systems.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified / experienced individuals to lead an enthusiastic and professional team providing an IT service to the entire hospital.

The successful candidate will need to be able to work comfortably in multi-disciplinary teams, working closely with both clinical and administrative staff, with excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels. Warehouse Manager Job – Paperhouse Greeting Cards
· Person needs to have at least 4 years warehouse management experience.

· They must have an excellent knowledge of stock movements
· Must be enthusiastic and flexible in the position
· Need to be used to producing figures for management and working to deadlines

The Warehouse Manager would be responsible for:

1. Attending regular meetings and reporting to Directors
2. Ensuring all procedures put in place are adhered to in all aspects of the job.
3. Working with Directors to:
* keep adequate stock levels as agreed
* organise, carry out bi-annual stock takes, oversee reps for bi-annual stock takes and
following up with relevant paperwork
* plan quantities of stock to be ordered
* select all stocks for model line and for seasonal shipments
* meeting/liaising with customers and suppliers, existing or new
* managing all card samples received from suppliers.
* working with Administration to keep order forms up to date
* deal with everyday stock and delivery queries with suppliers

i.e. chasing deliveries, getting best delivery rates.

* look after stock and stands for all exhibitions or presentations
* keep track of supplier’s retro agreement.
* update regularly on slow moving stock
* track all samples and FOC. stock to be written off

4. Deliveries: Ensuring that all deliveries taken in :

· Are signed into Goods Inward Book

· Are the correct quantity ordered

· Agree with delivery dockets

· Stock is put in correct location

· Organising incoming shipments with freight company

· Ensuring freight rates are the most competitive

· Deal with calls from customers and Reps regarding deliveries and orders.

· Ensuring correct barcode/price code is on card.

5. Orders:

· Processing – credit approved – customer orders
· Ensuring orders are pulled, packed, labelled and shipped after an invoice has been raised and included
· Ensuring all new products have a price given to it before shipping to
customer.
· Keeping requisite paperwork done correctly and up to date.
· Tracking DHL deliveries
· Returns: Sorting Seasonal returns in correct Generic codes
. Making sure no prices are on the back of cards
. Making sure no damaged/dirty cards go back out to market place.

6. Premises:

· Keep the warehouse and front of building clean and tidy
· Manage the refuse from the building
· Be responsible for Health & Safety
· Be responsible for keeping doors and windows locked
· Maintaining good security ensuring no one entering warehouse without permission
· All in a cost effective way.

7. Stands & POS:

· Ordering, collecting and delivering out of display stands
· Stickering of cards
· Ordering of Barcode stickers, Price cards and all POS

· Working with Administrator to keep customers up to date with Barcodes or product details,
where required, to ensure that their system info is correct and that all our stock items
scan properly.

· Ensuring all stands & spinners going out to customers are in good clean condition.

8. Working with Sales Manager to:

· oversee Sales/Merchandisers regarding stock information, stock collection, van stock levels
· responsible for all Company Van stock levels
· all company Vans upkeep, servicing and general maintenance ensuring all are cost efficient

9. Warehouse Assistant: When a Warehouse assistant (s) is working with you or is required, you will be responsible
for overseeing and training them. to do deliveries or collections at your instruction.

Salary: € 28k – 30k p.a. paid monthly subject to experience
