Job Summary:
To assist in the legal due diligence process of loans and security to be aqquired by the National Asset Management Agency
Principal Duties:
To review and advise on due diligence materials submitted by Participating Institutions and NAMA legal advisers with particular focus on facility documentation and security issues.
To assist the legal team in its security review of borrower exposures.
Personal Specification:
* be a solicitor or barrister qualified to practise in Ireland
* have at least 2 years’ relevant PQE in commercial property lending either in a financial institution or in a leading law firm
* be fully suitable in accordance with Section 42 (2) and (3) of the National Asset Management Agency Act 2009
* have excellent technical knowledge in secured property lending
