Main responsiblity to make initial contact with new clients that have business and commercial debt problems and commercial companies in trouble with creditors major company buy-outs and acquisitions. This postition is on a self employed basis as a lead generator. This is a self-employed opportunity. Successful candidates should be aware that they will be responsible for making their own Tax returns to the Revenue Commissioners.

POSITION: COUNTER SECTION MANAGER

To manage the Fresh Food Counters, bakery and meat and poultry units in such a way that customers become more satisfied on each visit to the store by offering them outstanding quality, value and service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Ensure that the counter and display units are presented to the highest standard at all times with all products clearly identified and labelled.

· Ensure that the full range of goods is available to customers at all times through liaising with the Stock Control Manager.

· Achieve the sales budget for your department, including managing the weekly promotions.

· Identify the training needs of your department and deliver subsequent training to ensure that all your staff are able to carry out all aspects of their job, including ensuring that all your staff have regular PDP’s, reviews etc and all your staff are progressing through the relevant training frameworks.

· Recruiting and selecting staff using the current tools in place, including Select the Best.

· Managing absence in the department in line with company procedures.

· Ensure that communication in your area is timely and effective, by ensuring that all staff are fully briefed and understand the following, retail news, Team 5 etc.

· Ensure that your department is legally compliant at all times through following the correct procedures in line with product maintenance and chill chain.

· Ensuring that the correct delivery has been received.

· Managing the department’s waste including accurately recording waste and calculating the daily and weekly waste figures.

· Scheduling staff in line with the operational needs of your department to ensure that sufficient staff are available to cover all the store trading hours.

· Ensuring that you and your department comply with all Company Health and Safety policies and procedures i.e. HACCAP.

· Carry out Duty Management when requested.

· Strive for both ongoing personnel development and continuous improvement for our customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

Job for a Leaving Cert Exam Supervisor in Louth

A person is required urgently to supervise Leaving Cert exams in a St Olivers School in Drogheda . No previous experience required.
The previous post holder has had to be let go sacked because of a small error. You may have seen it in the papers?

The post requires very little skills – just the ability to read , tell the difference between various colours and numbers. You must especially be able to tell the difference between the number 1 and the number 2.  A child could do the job really.
Liking Tea and biscuits is an advantage .
Job is wekdays only – unless there are problems – then the odd Saturday session mey be needed too.
Of course -  applicants will normally  expected to be teachers (or ex teachers) who can use this handy job to supplement their salary with an extra €120 a day . It doesn’t matter that you are already  getting paid an annual salary  by the Education Dept. for a job where the work ends in May.
It doesn’t matter if you are not local – we will pay all travel and accommodation expenses . Money no problem . (Recession – what recession?)
We charge the children to do the exams (clever isn’t it?) – even though education is supposed to be free in Ireland .
Retired teachers are more than welcome – age is not a problem for us . You may not be fit to do a job but we will let you do this one. We will even consider teachers not working on disability pension – we are good like that.

If you do make a mistake and give out the wrong paper – don’t worry we have spares on stand by.   If you keep quiet about it – we might never find out anyway (unless the students spread the word !)  .
This job is temporary – for 2 to 3 weeks. Bring reading material to keep you occupied because most of the time you will be doing nothing at all.

No one will know if you did a bad job – because we won’t tell anyone who you are  if you are useless (same as teaching really).
