This position will provide the right candidate with the opportunity to become part of the finest Customer Service Team in the online poker industry. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this area of the business provides potential for rapid growth within our company, which is the support arm for Full Tilt Poker, a site that is endorsed exclusively by 12 of the best players in the world. The ideal candidate for this position will be based at our corporate offices in Dublin, Ireland and work closely with the Head Level Operations Manager for Multilingual e-mail and phone support. Responsibilities: part of the start-up of a multilingual Customer Service centre; representing the company by being the first point of contact with our customers; guaranteeing an unparalleled customer service experience; ability to work well as part of a team in a collaborative environment; ability to meet targets and deadlines. Overall Purpose of Role:

This role provides data analysis and support for the Poker Room and Business Intelligence, for the purpose of aiding Poker Room and business decision-making within the organization. The candidate will be responsible for analysis of poker-related data for the purposes of optimizing our ring game, tournament, and other Poker Room related offerings. The candidate will perform analysis on current and proposed features, player behavior, and performance of all poker room offerings.

Responsibilities:

* Daily, weekly and monthly analyses of poker room activity

* Player Behavior – make recommendations on how to improve poker room offerings to players

* Conduct ad-hoc analysis of current and proposed features

Skills & Experience Required:

* The candidate must have an expert knowledge in poker, and have a thorough understanding of statistical analysis.

Required technical skills:

* Proficient at analyzing and interpreting data; able to synthesize information from a variety of sources and translate into effective and actionable reports

* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

* Ability to write and understand SQL queries

* Organizational, verbal, written communication and presentation skills

Additional skills that are a plus:

* SQL
