Job - Technical Support Analyst - Polish & English Speaking
Description: As a member of our technical support team, you will be an integral part of our support and customer service infrastructure. You will be responsible for dealing with technical support queries on our entire product range from clients in Poland, Ireland, Northern Ireland, and The UK. The chosen candidate will be a Polish speaker and be fluent in English. The chosen candidate will be given extensive training in our product range. This is an IT role and as such you will have an appropriate 3rd level IT technical qualification to a minimum level of Certificate. To apply for this role, you will have worked in a technical support environment for a minimum of 12 months and be expert in all aspects of Microsoft Windows XP PRO, Vista, and MS Small Business Server 2003. You will also have practical experience of networking, TCP/IP, peer to peer networking, and hardware setup. You will also be expert in the use of all MS Office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel etc.
