Personal Specification:
* be a solicitor or barrister qualified to practise in Ireland
* have at least 2 years’ relevant PQE in commercial property lending either in a financial institution or in a leading law firm
* be fully suitable in accordance with Section 42 (2) and (3) of the National Asset Management Agency Act 2009
* have excellent technical knowledge in secured property lending

Position
A position for a senior commercial agent has become available in our commercial team. The role is to oversee the sale and letting of commercial property and to help generate future business through industry contacts.
Responsibilities include:
• Meeting clients on a regular basis, providing updates on their property portfolio and advising them on current market conditions.
• Measuring buildings for sale and to let, preparing marketing proposals for potential clients and following up on new properties.
• Preparing marketing budgets for individual properties and advising client on same.
• Liaising with advertising companies in the production of advertising materials.
• Preparing Heads of Terms for sales & lettings.
• Liaising with solicitors in relation to lease and license agreements, sales, lease renewals, landlord & tenant issues.
• Preparing monthly figures for management meetings & forecasting figures for the future.
• Generating new business from contacts within the industry.
• Maintaining database of property sales & lettings.
• Updating advertising websites.
Qualifications Required:
The ideal candidate will be a member of the SCS/RICS and will have at lease 2-3 years experience in commercial property in Dublin. You should also possess the following attributes:
