Computer Technician & Field Engineer (4 days per week)
Description:
IT services company. The position involves the support of our customers IT hardware enquiries via phone and processing orders. Technical Support and installations of windows systems in our office by phone, remotely and on site. Duties: Processing customer orders on our Sage ERP. Answering customer IT support enquiries, Record calls to provide an information database concerning customers / calls / queries. Receiving and working on repairs and installations in our work shop. On Site and remote support of clients networks. Good communicator with positive manner, minimum 2 years experience working with PC Hardware, Windows 2000, XP, Server 2003, Exchange Server, email, broadband routers, firewalls, good troubleshooting skills. Willing to skill up to MCSE, Customer focused. Own Transport required. Salary dependent on experience. Car allowance.

Experience Required: Fully Experienced. Minimum: 2 Years.
