Customer Service Desk Agent – English
Location :  Hewlett Packard – Galway City

Description:

1. Resolve customer and sales office queries in relation to third-party software licensing with most of the queries received revolving around the product, program and licensing categories. 2. Provide daily support to large multi-national SLMS account including: disseminating information to individual affiliates of that account on the software licensing programs that they are signed up to; participating in visits to that customer and creating management reports on behalf of that customer. 3. Drive software renewal activity with multi-national account supported as well as with other individual customers. 4. Provide training to SLMS customers on SLMS OLS Tool including advising them on all of the various functionality and information sources available via the tool. 5. Manage daily activity workload to ensure that Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitment to customers and SLMS Business sponsors are consistently achieved
