Analyst, Account Manager (Dublin)
Facebook is seeking an Account Manager Analyst to join our Online Sales Operations team. Facebook’s Online Sales Operations team is dedicated to supporting and growing Facebook’s online advertisers. Team members will be responsible for demonstrating the value of our advertising solutions and providing support for all ad products. This position is full time and located at our EMEA Headquarters in Dublin, Ireland.
Responsibilities * Provide ongoing account management to strategic online accounts
* Troubleshoot to quickly resolve advertiser issues
* Grow revenue and track retention of assigned accounts
* Optimize advertiser accounts to help improve performance and compliance of ad campaigns
* Identify trends to enhance the support process and improve team efficiency
* Work cross-functionally with sales teams within Facebook
* Assist advertisers with marketing strategies and implementation of new tools and products
* Gather customer feedback to enhance ad products and customer experience
Requirements
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* BA/BS degree from a leading academic institution
* Experience of managing strategic accounts with a focus on online advertising
* Critical thinking skills
* Entrepreneurial mindset
* Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate in a team setting
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
* Extensive experience as a Facebook user and familiarity with Facebook’s ad products
* Direct client or customer service experience
* Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales environment a plus
