Facebook is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and high-energy . The role will support a small team of recruiters with the objective of efficiently and successfully organizing and coordinating high-volume interview activity. This position is a contractor position and located in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities -

* Support recruiters for the duration of the recruiting process that includes – scheduling interviews, organizing travel arrangements for candidates, reserving conference rooms, and preparing offer documents

* Perform various administrative duties that support the recruitment function

* Maintain responsibility for entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in our systems and help with producing reports

* Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates

Requirements

* Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while managing time efficiently

* Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to detail and producing quality results

* Learn quickly in a fast paced, ever changing environment

* Strong team player that loves to bring new ideas to the table

* Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment

* Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a burning desire to contribute to the organization’s reputation and success

* Ability to create and sustain productive relationships with external and internal clients

* Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook or Entourage
