Fraud Agent (Part Time)

Description:

Fraud Agents are required to work through a number of pre-determined fraud queues to identify potentially fraudulent accounts and place all appropriate restrictions. Other investigations including validation using a number of sources such as banks, credit card issuers, PayPal, eBay feedback, phone matches, IP Search, various websites, etc. Finally, a variety of documentation may be reviewed including: credit card statements, bank account statements and customer response, etc, in order to determine the legitimacy of the account and account holder. Experience in one or more of the following areas: Customer Support, Fraud Investigation, Card Issuing and/or merchant acquiring Credit Card, Transaction Processing and/or Chargeback Processing preferred. Customer communication experience (E-mail & Phone). Experience using Microsoft Office products including: Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint. 1.) Leaving Certificate Ordinary Leaving Certificate or equivalent standard of education. May possess third level certificate, but not essential.

Salary: 12,750 pa Euro

Training will be an initial 2 week period commencing on the 8th March. The working hours will initially be 8am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. Working Hours: 20 hours Wednesday to Friday: 5pm to 9pm, Saturday: 12midday to 8.30pm. After this initial two week training period the set shift hours described above will begin.
