Salary Up to 39,000 euro
Description As a Loss Prevention Manager you will be responsible for managing a Loss Prevention service in your designated store or stores. Your duties will include managing a Loss Prevention team to promote company shrinkage reduction programmes; manage physical security; resolve both internal and external dishonesty thereby reducing shrinkage and maximising profit. You will also be expected to understand and influence operational compliance.
Requirements Previous management experience is essential and the successful individual will have an understanding of the Loss Prevention function within a customer focused environment.
You must have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally, have strong analytical skills, be a creative problem solver and a great team builder.
