Description: Travel Logic is an innovative Irish software development company that has developed an integrated sales and digital marketing solution for the hotel and leisure sector. We have ambitious growth plans to expand our client base into European markets and are seeking equally ambitious people to join us in Sligo to become part of the Travel Logic team. This project is part of an expansion programme by Travel Logic and is supported by Enterprise Ireland as part of their “Innovation Partnership Programme” for High Potential Start-Up Companies in Ireland. Job features include: Java Enterprise Development Environment (J2EE). Development to Open Standards and Open Source Based Technology Framework. Working as part of a 3 person team, RAD / agile orientated R&D project. Full time position based in modern office on the campus of IT Sligo. Two Year Contract: Q4/2008 to Q2/2010. Opportunity of being awarded Masters Degree (MSc) on completion of Project.

Requirements: Education skills required: Computer Science Degree (2.1) 2 Years J2EE experience(Tomcat Servlets, JNDI, JTA, JSM, HTML, XML, CSS). Knowledge of Software Design Patterns, SQL & Data Modeling. Additional skills would be beneficial: Groovy,Freemarker Templating, XSL & XSL:FO, XUI
