Description: Our Sales Managers are responsible for multi million pound turnover departments within the store, which could include Cosmetics, Accessories, Childrenswear, Menswear, Womenswear and Home. Supporting you, you will have a Supervisor, as well as a large Sales team
Reporting directly to the Store Manager you will play a key strategic role within the store. You will be expected to deliver excellent customer service, maximising selling opportunities and profits at all times, by motivating and developing your Sales team, ensuring excellent visual standards and product availability.
You will be a highly proactive individual who will be able to use your strong commercial understanding to solve problems and make effective decisions. Using your excellent communication skills you will be able to coach a team to succeed. With your open mind you will act as a positive change advocate for the business.
At this level of Management we will be looking for you to take on additional responsibilities such as co-ordinating store training, mentoring junior colleagues or supporting with the marketing of the store in the local area.
