DescriptionWe are seeking a Retail Betting Assistant (Full Time) for our branches in Cork City to assist the Manager in the efficient running of the shop whilst maintaining excellent levels of customer service.
MAIN DUTIES
* Provide excellent customer service
* To be aware of the importance of cash handling and balancing procedures
* Responsible for the shops presentation by keeping the shop safe, tidy and to increase the comfort for our customers
ESSENTIAL COMPENTENCIES & EXPERIENCE
* Good PC skills
* Excellent team player
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills required
* Must have at least 1 years cash handling and customer service experience
* Knowledge of sports and/or betting is desirable
* Must be 18yrs or over
* Must be fully proficient in written & spoken English
