This position will provide the right candidate with the opportunity to become part of the finest Customer Service Team in the online poker industry. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this area of the business provides potential for rapid growth within our company, which is the support arm for Full Tilt Poker, a site that is endorsed exclusively by 12 of the best players in the world. The ideal candidate for this position will be based at our corporate offices in Dublin, Ireland and work closely with the Head Level Operations Manager for Multilingual e-mail and phone support. Responsibilities: part of the start-up of a multilingual Customer Service centre; representing the company by being the first point of contact with our customers; guaranteeing an unparalleled customer service experience; ability to work well as part of a team in a collaborative environment; ability to meet targets and deadlines.
