Reporting to: Global Refund Managing DirectorJob Purpose:
The role of Marketing and Training Manager is to drive the business forward with its new offering to the merchant base. The successful candidate will report to the GM of the company and will involve travel to key merchants and tour operator workshops.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Developing and delivering training programmes
• Relationship development
• Participate in management meetings and regular presentations on merchant performance
• Product awareness campaigns
• New business development
• Design and implement a merchant management programme
• Coordinate phone calls and meetings with merchants
Competencies:
• A proven track record in relationship management is desirable together with superior customer service capabilities
• Previous experience in merchandising and product promotion
• Report writing skills is essential together with market analysis capabilities
• A flexible attitude and approach to work is essential
• Enthusiasm and a drive to successfully meet deadlines and work within the brief
• A Marketing qualification is desirable
• Full clean driving licence
