Online Poker Support Specialist (Spanish Speaking)
To deliver a timely and professional service to customers and partners. To ensure customers queries have prompt and efficient resolution and that our customers experience the best possible service. Main duties and responsibilities: Respond promptly to all customer and partner queries, by email or online chat. Responsibility for ensuring that you are up to date on current briefing material and are implementing this both for the benefit of the customer and the company. Responsibility for making process/product improvement recommendations to supervisors. Ensure that all customer and partner records are kept in accordance with company policy and that the data protection act is upheld. Fluent Spanish and English required.
