Analyst, User Operations – Polish (Dublin)
Facebook is seeking Polish speaking analysts to join the User Operations team. Analysts are responsible for maintaining user safety, engagement, and site understanding by responding to email inquiries and abuse reports. Additionally, this position is responsible for understanding, analyzing, and communicating patterns in user behavior to the rest of the company. This is a full-time position in our Dublin office.
Requirements
- Fluency in written and conversational Polish and English
- Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- BA/BS degree from a leading academic institution
- Flexibility to take on multiple tasks
- Extremely reliable, consistent, and hard-working
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Deep understanding of Facebook preferred
- Passion for ensuring a good user experience
- Valid EU work authorization
