Direct Sales Executives Wanted by Newstalk
If you have at least 2 years sales experience with national media in Ireland this could be the job for you.
Newstalk 106-108 fm brings you the very best in opinions, analysis, entertainment and sport. From dawn to dusk, you’ll find the freshest, wittiest and most challenging programming on the Irish airwaves.
The Direct Sales Executive role will undertake the following tasks:
* Sell direct advertising, promotions and sponsorships
* Create and build strong working relationships with direct clients
* Meet and exceed revenue targets set by the company
* Generate own leads and maintain database on a daily basis
* Cold-call potential clients on a national platform
* Complete all paperwork in a timely and professional manner and in compliance with company procedures
* Work closely with scriptwriters and the production department on client briefs
* To promote Newstalk106-108 as a viable advertising medium
* Experience in computer applications including Word, Excel and Powerpoint is essential
