ROLE: SECTION MANAGER
LOCATION: Tesco BRAY ,DUBLIN
· To manage the Team in such a way that it delivers complete customer satisfaction through outstanding quality value and service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· The Section Manager must have the ability to identify and respond to customers’ needs so that the Department delivers excellent Customer Service thus ensuring that we are number 1 for service.
· Supporting the introduction of new initiatives through planning and the development of others to sustain programmes on an ongoing basis.
· Section Managers must ensure that their section is well merchandised with quality products during all trading hours.
· Ensure that communication with our customers and staff is dealt with effectively and efficiently.
· To maximise profit by delivering the best possible service at lower cost with no wasted expenditure.
· Ensure that all staff are selected, trained and developed to do their job well and deliver excellent customer service.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Excellent communication skills
· People management and organisational skills.
· Be highly motivated and a good influencer.
· Previous customer services experience essential.
-Ideally candidates will have retail experience in a management capacity.
