Since being bought by Tiscali the role of the Customer Service Agent in Sligo has become more exciting and will provide a huge amount of training to successful applicants. The role has evolved into a Correspondence Agent role and we require many more to meet our work demands in Sligo. This role will involve communicating with customer through many avenues and providing informed advice on our ever expanding suite of products. In this role you will be seen as crucial to the success of the company and pivotal in securing the Sligo site as the top Tiscali site in Europe.
