Superquinn have job vacancies in Dublin for sales assistants.
Superquinn is a leading Irish fresh food supermarket. They are looking to recruit customer focused Sales Assistants in some of their stores. Contract type will vary from store to store but will be either 18-25 hours per week or 25-39 hours per week.
Sales Assistants will be required to work a combination of days Monday to Sunday between the hours of 6am to 11pm.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Serving customers courteously and efficiently to the Superquinn standard.
Ensuring all customer queries and complaints are dealt with promptly and in a professional manner.
Conducting your duties in accordance with food safety guidelines.
Conducting your duties using all safe systems of work.
Offering advice and product knowledge to customers.
Increasing sales by promoting the products within the store.
Please note that your location may change from time to time within the store in line with the requirements of the business.
Ideally you should have or be able to demonstrate:
· Excellent customer services skills.
· Team Player attribures and the ability to work on your own initiative
· Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal English required).
· A proven ability to excel in the role of a Sales Assistant
