The role:
The role of the Deputy General Manager is to support and partner the General Manager in ensuring that the store achieves and surpasses its sales and profit targets, and controls costs. The key focuses of the role are to delight our customer, motivate our team members and work together to embed operational routines and standards, and to achieve high standards of customer service.
In this role you will work with the General Manager to set and review the store’s business plan, and identify and grow talent to provide stability and robust succession and bench strength within the store.

Requirements To apply:
To be a Deputy General Manager in one of our flagship TK Maxx stores you must have store management experience in a high volume, fast paced retail Store. It is also essential to have managed a minimum turnover of £5 million per annum, managed other managers and have had a team head count of over 50 associates.
Person specifications and role requirements:
For the role of Deputy General Manager in one of our largest stores you will be required to lead, orchestrate and energise the store to achieve, whilst having the proven ability to surpass its sales and profit targets, control costs and delight customers in your store.
