Amazon’s Customer Service (CS) department is seeking an European Business Analyst to join the team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the European Workflow/CS Capacity Planning team which is responsible for forecasting and Operational head-count planning of CS contacts, internally at EU CS centres and at Co-Sourcer support sites. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced multi-tasked environment and a creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for excellent customer service.
