The role: Web Analyst - Google Analytics - EU Headquarters

Google is seeking a passionate, team-oriented, and self-motivated individual with excellent communication, technical, and analytical skills. You will interact with customers, analyse web-sites, traffic, on-line advertising campaigns and web-strategies to provide advice on how to improve ROI on on-line advertisement. Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or technical field of study.
* Professional experience in Internet, Intranet, or Networking Technology field.
* Professional experience with on-line advertisement and/or web-analytics.
* Good working knowledge of statistics, including segmentation and ability to evaluate large data sets.
* Ability to operate between technical and sales teams.
* Basic HTML, Javascript and Regular Expressions knowledge.

The position will also involve liaising with clients and other internal IT groups worldwide.
Here’s a summary of the work involved in this position:

· Building HP and Dell servers
· Troubleshooting alerts generated by the monitoring tools for servers and SANs
· Resolving tickets in the call tracking system within SLA
· Escalating issues that cannot be resolved per defined procedures
· Supporting the backups of over 20Tb of data residing on the SANs and servers
