As a Data Centre Analyst you will join a 19 member team comprising of 17 Analysts and 2 Team Leads. The purpose of the position is to provide 24×7x365 support for over 3,000 servers and multiple SANs.
You will be an integral part of an extended IT operations group and will work closely with your fellow team members.
The position will also involve liaising with clients and other internal IT groups worldwide.
Here’s a summary of the work involved in this position:

· Building HP and Dell servers
· Troubleshooting alerts generated by the monitoring tools for servers and SANs
· Resolving tickets in the call tracking system within SLA
· Escalating issues that cannot be resolved per defined procedures
· Supporting the backups of over 20Tb of data residing on the SANs and servers
Core criteria:
· Excellent communications ability (both verbal and written)
· Strong analytical skills/Problem solving ability
· Strong customer focus
· Teamwork
· Judgement and Decision Making
Technical criteria:
· Ideally 1-2 years experience of computer hardware support
· Ideally MCP certified, or other relevant IT qualification(s)

This position offers a competitive basic salary, based on experience, along with 18% shift allowance.
