Dog Groomer (Full Time & Part time)
Description: Experienced dog groomers required for busy mobile grooming business, covering Dublin, Kildare, Meath, Westmeath areas. Be your own boss and earn over 1,000 euro per week. Proven very high earnings. Earn over 160 + tips per day. Accommodation can be provided if necessary. Must hold full driving licence and be capable of grooming at least 8 dogs per day. To deliver first class customer service to customers at all times in such a way that customers become more satisfied on each visit to the Meat Counter.Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver First class customer service including recipe and cooking instructions when required and have extensive knowledge of the weekly promotions.
· You are responsible for ensuring that the full range of goods is available to customers at all times.
· Ensure that the Counter is presented to the highest standard at all times with all products clearly identified and labelled.
· As part of your role you are expected to deliver the sales and waste budget for your department including stock rotation, monitoring short code products and accurately recording waste.
· Preparation of Fresh Meat in accordance with training, i.e. filleting, boning and rolling etc.
· Preparation of excellent Meat displays.
· You should comply with all Company, Health and Safety, cleaning and consumer law policies and procedures at all times including HACCP.
· Knowledge of the legal requirements for Meat including all relevant legislation.

Additional Requirements

· Have successfully completed a butchery apprenticeship.
· Candidates should have knife cutting skills, carcass segmentation skills, filleting skills, boning and rolling skills and the ability to yield breakdown in line with Company specifications.
· Good presentation and merchandising skills.
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· All candidates should have an extensive knowledge of Meat products and be able to provide excellent customer service, including recipe and cooking instructions when required.
