If you a registered Pharmacist with at least 3 years community experience – Boots could have a vacancy for you as a Supervising Pharmacist : As a Supervising Pharmacist you will have 3 years post-registration community pharmacy experience.
You will be in whole time charge of the operation of the pharmacy, and are responsible for all operations of the pharmacy even when absent, and you will have reporting relationship to the superintendant pharmacist.
You will lead the delivery of key professional initiatives within your team to the highest standards, ensuring that your customers receive the best customer care at all times.
As both a professional and business leader you will play a big part in ensuring all company policies and procedures are complied with, and all professional activities in your pharmacy will reflect the ethos of the pharmacy Code of Conduct and the values of Boots. You will maximise use of company resources to provide excellence in pharmacy in a cost effective manner. Focussed on delivering the Boots vision to be the Worlds best pharmacy led Health and Beauty business, you will help drive customer loyalty and profitable sales.
You’ll share knowledge and insights, helping to develop and build on your team’s professional capabilities, taking responsibility that all pharmacy staff are fully competent to deliver their role. This will ensure you deliver the legendary service and healthcare attention our customers have come to expect from Boots Ireland.
