Job Title: Administrator (Collections Support Team) Friends First
Reporting to the Team Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of excellent administration service to internal and external customers.

The Role
As a member of this Administration team you will provide a proactive customer focused administrative support service. You will be involved in the updating of files and records with regard to Debt Collection.

This role, in a fast paced work environment, will involve liaising with internal and external customers. Keeping files and other records updated with regard to Debt Collection Agent Reports. Responding to enquiries and resolving a range of queries in a timely manner.
If you have strong administration skills and appreciate the importance of delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers then this role would suit you.

The Person

You will have experience within an administrative role, and possess outstanding interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills. Enthusiastic, with the ability to learn quickly, you will also be numerate and have a keen eye for detail. You will have a proven ability to work accurately and well under pressure.

Salary Range
