This will be a demanding role and the successful candidate will need to be capable of:

* Managing a high number of projects on a daily basis

Responsibilities:

Duties will include but are not limited to:

* Design, develop, implement and support optimum software solutions with full understanding and adherence to all processes.

* Work independently and take responsibility within the team.

* Produce work products that are defect free

* Provide verbal and written status on all active projects in a timely and accurate manner.

* Act as Mentor for Associate Programmers and New Hires. Provide feedback to Performance reviews as necessary.

Graduate Opportunity – Operations Analyst (Social Media Listening Analyst) This is a new role within Prudentials eDG (eBusiness Development Group) supporting the eMetrics area. This group is responsible for providing analysis on websites and internet activity for Prudential businesses. This person will be responsible for using Radian6 software to review data being pulled from various internet social media platforms. They will review the data, identify relevant comments, and classify these comments based on line-of-business and sentiment (positive/negative/neutral/question). A report and summary will be created each morning for review in New Jersey by 9am EST (2pm GMT). Training will be provided on the use of the tool, analysis and report production. This person will also provide backup support and be cross-trained along with the other eDG Operations role of eMetrics Analytics Analyst.
