This role provides data analysis and support for the Poker Room and Business Intelligence, for the purpose of aiding Poker Room and business decision-making within the organization. The candidate will be responsible for analysis of poker-related data for the purposes of optimizing our ring game, tournament, and other Poker Room related offerings. The candidate will perform analysis on current and proposed features, player behavior, and performance of all poker room offerings.

Responsibilities:

* Daily, weekly and monthly analyses of poker room activity

Skills & Experience Required:

* The candidate must have an expert knowledge in poker, and have a thorough understanding of statistical analysis.

Required technical skills:

* Proficient at analyzing and interpreting data; able to synthesize information from a variety of sources and translate into effective and actionable reports

* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

* Ability to write and understand SQL queries

* Organizational, verbal, written communication and presentation skills

Additional skills that are a plus:

1. Overall Objective/Purpose of the job

A Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) is primarily responsible for achieving sales targets,
this entails

• converting calls to sales by accurately capturing customer information and by
• Using effective sales techniques
• Achieving service levels and abandonment levels within the call centre.

2. Deliverables and Key Activities

• Deal with inbound sales calls and outbound sales calls.
• Deliver consistent call quality to all prospective customers
• Follow through on all necessary procedures and administration
• Adhere strictly to underwriting criteria and refer to underwriters where necessary.
• Support other areas, campaigns and products when required.
• Support newer team members with product and system knowledge.
3. Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Required level and content of education :
• Leaving Certificate
• Third Level education
• Competitive, enthusiastic, excellent communication skills and good telephone manner
• Ability to work to individual & team targets
• PC Skills

Business experience required :
• Some experience in a telesales role would be an advantage, but is not essential as
full training is provided

This is an entirely telephone based role within a call centre environment.

What’s involved?

Your main responsibilities as a permanent tsb Customer Advisor will be:

Dealing with a broad range of permanent tsb customer queries in a professional manner over the phone, including checking balances and transactions, paying bills, transfering money and arranging standing orders
Liaising as necessary with the permanent tsb branch network and other departments
They provide a comprehensive 2 week induction programme and further training in relevant areas.
