AA Entry Level Call Centre Agent

AA Ireland are currently recruiting entry-level positions for their Dublin based call centre and there’s never been a better time to join the AA, a strong company with ambitious growth plans. The call centre is a vibrant, energetic and rewarding working enviornment and They have full-time hours available. Full training will be provided by means of an extensive, in-house training programme.
The positions available will involve dealing with both inbound and outbound calls, and will be driven by sales targets. Hours of work will be flexible, but successful candidates can expect to work up to 41.25 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.
These sales orientated positions are entry-level, therefore no previous call centre experience is necessary (it would be an advantage however). Candidates must possess the ability to work as part of a highly skilled and successful team, whilst using their own initative to achieve individual and personal targets, goals and objectives. Leaving Cert is essential, Third Level qualification desirable. Successful candidates need to be available for an immediate start.

The Role
As an Argos Customer Service Manager you are very much the ‘face’ of the business – owning the entire customer experience and promoting a culture within store that ensures the customer is at the heart of everything we do. To succeed in this role you will need to have a minimum 2 years experience of managing a team in a retail environment, with a history of dealing with customers on a face to face basis. You’ll possess excellent interpersonal skills and a flair for great service and leading by example.
