Head Waiter/Waitress – Italian Restaurant

Description:

Head Waiter/waitress required for Busy Galway Restaurant. Looking for bubbly, outgoing individual with exceptional attention to detail, customer focused, providing only the best service. The ideal candidate must have an appreciation & knowledge of Italian wines and food with an understanding of the importance of exceptional quality service, food and beverages. To be able to competently and accurately prepare for customers, lead a small team and show exceptional customer / client service. To be familiar with the contents our restaurant and wine menus, to understand the presentation of each dish and to be familiar with the wine match for each of the dishes on the menus. To be able to manage and direct a small team of waiters.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Your salary will be based on your levels of experience and what skills you can bring to the restaurant. We consider a waiter/waitress fully trained if they have the following skills:Completion of a Wine Diploma or Course.
