Situations Vacant

Registered Nurses required:

Registered nurses will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for elderly residents.

They will also supervise and co-ordinate duties of health care team.

They will lead the health care team and positively contribute to care of all residents of TLC.

Candidate Requirements

* Applications are invited from dynamic and experienced Registered Nurses

* Applicants must have 3 years experience working in the Irish Healthcare System

* Applicants must be currently registered with An Bord Altranais

* Applicants must have excellent clinical skills, be highly motivated and have a good knowledge of HIQA Standards

* A valid work permit

* Ideally is a holder of a current GARDA VETTING form.

Starting salary is negotiable based on experience in older person’s services and post registration education. Dementia Care experience an advantage.

Care Assistant required:

All applicants must have the following:

* FETAC Level 5 qualification (or Student or Qualified Nurse, NVQ Qualified, City & Guilds)

* Current Manual/Patient Handling Certificate

* Hepatitis B Vaccination certificate.

* Current CPR Certificate is desirable.

* Current Infection Control Certificate is desirable.

* A valid work permit

* Ideally is a holder of a current GARDA VETTING form.

Starting salary is negotiable based on experience in older person’s services and post registration education.
