Job Summary The National Rehabilitation Hospital is the National Centre for primary rehabilitation for adults and children, serving patients locally and from all over the country. The hospital includes the National Spinal Injury, Prosthetic, and Brain Injury Rehabilitation services and a Children’s Department. The hospital also provides treatment for a wide variety of other conditions. The National Rehabilitation Hospital is currently undergoing rapid development and expansion of its rehabilitation services under the direction of Medical Consultants in Rehabilitation.Job-Sharing 19.5hrs p/w (Locum Post for 1 year)
We are currently seeking a dynamic motivated and experienced nurse for the above post. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and coordination of quality patient care throughout the hospital for the night shift.
Requirements:
· Must be registered on the General Division of An Bord Altranis or eligible to be so registered.
· Minimum 5 years post registration experience.
· Management experience essential.
· Have proven clinical and professional ability, leadership, communication and organisation skills.
· Display evidence of continuing professional development.
· Post registration qualification in Rehabilitation Nursing desirable
· Computer skills desirable.
