Inishbofin House Hotel is a hotel located off the Connemara coast in Co. Galway. We are currently seeking a Head Chef for the summer season 2012, which runs from 2nd March to 14th October 2012. Previous experience essential. Duties to include: menu planning, cost & margin control, stock control, purchasing, HACCP implementation, ability to motivate and lead a kitchen team. Experience of functions – especially weddings, essential. Capable of working on own initiative is also required.

* enter Australia within 12 months of the visa being granted

* stay for up to 12 months

* leave and re-enter Australia any number of times while the visa is valid

* Work in Australia . You can do any kind of work in Australia. However, you can only work with the same employer for up to six months.

* study for up to 4 months.
